Our Story
Deli Cheese Art was born from a desire to keep the flavors of our homeland alive as we began a new life in the United States. As Venezuelans, we missed the cheese that is part of our culture and our tables. Today we craft artisanal cheeses with tradition, dedication, and passion, sharing our roots and giving thanks to the American community we now call home.

Artisan Process
At Deli cheese Art, every cheese is crafted using traditional artisanal methods inspired by Venezuelan cheese-making heritage. Fresh milk is carefully processed, curds are gently formed, and each piece is shaped and seasoned by hand. The cheeses are then allowed to develop their texture and flavor naturally, creating traditionals products that reflect patience, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality.
